Reservations

A reservation is considered confirmed once it has been accepted by Casa Petit Pays and the guest has received a booking confirmation, whether the reservation is made directly through our website, by email, by telephone, or through an authorized booking platform.

Rates & Payment

Rates are quoted in the applicable currency and may vary depending on the season, availability, and booking conditions.

Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. Depending on the selected rate, full or partial prepayment may be required to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellation conditions vary according to the selected rate and will be communicated during the booking process.

In the event of a no-show, late cancellation, or early departure, applicable charges may apply in accordance with the reservation conditions accepted at the time of booking.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are indicated in the booking confirmation and on the website. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat the property, rooms, furnishings, artworks, and facilities with care and respect.

Any loss, damage, or extraordinary cleaning resulting from a guest’s actions may be charged to the guest responsible.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and indoor common areas.

Liability

Casa Petit Pays cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables during a guest’s stay.

Guests remain responsible for their personal possessions at all times.

Force Majeure

Casa Petit Pays shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather events, government actions, public health emergencies, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.

Third-Party Services

Recommendations, transfers, excursions, activities, and other services arranged through external providers are offered for convenience only. Such services remain the responsibility of the respective provider, and Casa Petit Pays accepts no liability for their performance.

Privacy

Any personal information collected through our website, reservation process, or guest communications is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cabo Verde. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cabo Verde.
