1. How do I get to Tarrafal?
Tarrafal is located on the northern coast of Santiago Island, Cabo Verde, approximately 1.5 to 2 hours by car from Praia International Airport (RAI). Taxis, private transfers, and rental cars are available from the airport. We are happy to assist with transfer recommendations before your arrival.
2. What is the best time to visit Tarrafal?
Tarrafal enjoys warm temperatures and sunshine year-round. The driest months are generally from November to July, while August to October may bring occasional tropical showers. Whether you're seeking beach relaxation, hiking, or cultural experiences, Tarrafal is a wonderful destination in every season.
